Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage various building facility systems.
• Carry out maintenance programs to all building facilities.
• Implement Energy Efficiency and Sustainability.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of contractors, technicians and service providers.
• Perform site supervision, design and coordinate various M&E systems.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in related field
• Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) trained is preferred
• May require to work on Weekends when needed
