Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordination and assistance in BIM implementation on projects;
• BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up
• Liaise with the Authority and the Contractor to ensure changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams
• Manage and maintain project content and source additional content for project teams
• Coordinate with the BIMteam and design team to solve day to day modelling and coordination issues as
  required.
• Check model quality andintegrity prior to generation of deliverables before issuing of model information.
• Co-ordinate with Lead BIM modellers of all disciplines to ensure all models are produced on schedule.
• Append all models in Navisworks and run clash analysis tests.
• Hold coordination meetings with design team.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Construction or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in construction industry
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD software, well-versed in using Autodesk Revit BIM software/tools, Bentley OpenPlant
