Job description
Leading a team of process/quality technicians managing the end-to-end activities to meet the factory quality KPI or metrics
Develop, lead and drive quality initiatives to improve process yield, process capabilities
To assure the manufacturing eco-system complying to the control plan, escalation plan, certification and other internal/external compliance
Working with internal & external stakeholders, supporting, leading and driving process failures troubleshooting through interpreting, analyzing, process metrics or data and recommending solutions
Job Requirements
Degree in Electronics/Electrical degree, or equivalent/relevant qualifications
1-3 years of experience in high volume and high mix manufacturing environment, preferably in semiconductor related environment.

Good experience and knowledge in various quality skills to perform his/her duties effectively, like RCA, FTA, FMEA, SPC, Dive charts, Advance Statistical, DOE, etc.

Good knowledge of various quality standards, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDE,
Good analytical skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and prioritization skills.
Able to adapt and perform in various expected/unexpected situation.
Able to lead, drive, engage, influence, work as a team (internal/external) to achieve assigned tasks/goals and complementing each work.
Added advantage with statistical/analytical software experience like Minitab, JMP, stata, VBA, etc
