Project Manager
The company is a fast growing start-up in the region, specializing in offering AI solutions to industrial companies. It is now looking for a Project Manager to join them in crafting the future of engineering and manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

Manage agile projects using JIRA and Confluence.
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable feature specs.
Collaborating with the Business Development team to create proposals for project tenders.
Creating detailed highlevel project plans that identify resource needs and dependencies, inputs, and outputs allocation, and details key milestones and activities.
Maintain project budget, timeline, quality, and compliance with project management standards.
Ensure supporting project documentation is submitted in a timely manner.
Manage service engagements including interactions with the customer project team, technical analysts, and client stakeholders.
Collecting requirements and deadlines from various stakeholders to evaluate, design, and scope projects for delivering on both internal and external projects.
Maintain the scope of a project and identify tasks that are out of scope based on the project statement of work (SoW).
Conduct weekly project meetings and drive initiatives to meet project goals.
Manage the delivery of project reporting for stakeholders to include burndown, RAG, and weekly status reports.
Escalate issues that may result in negative financial or customer relationship impact.
Contribute to the continuous review and buildout of project delivery standards and processes.
Define and develop metrics to measure key indicators including value, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Ensure customer expectations are met

Requirements:

5 years of experience with task tracking or project management tools such as Jira
Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, budgeting, interpersonal, and organization skills are required.
Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience managing a project through the full life cycle.
