    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    · Bookkeeping and preparation of Fund and Syndicate Accounts.

    · Generating regular reports for Fund Managers and Limited Partners, including but not limited to periodic financial statements (consistent with relevant accounting standards and regulations), Net Asset Value (NAV) statements, Capital Account Statements, reconciliation of cash and positions, review of corporate actions, and validation of security pricing.

    · Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, monitor for compliance with investment limits, incentive tax scheme requirements, and other regulatory requirements.

    · Managing the process of Capital Calls and Distribution Notices, including their preparation and dissemination.

    · Joining calls with clients when team members need assistance.

    · Assisting the Customer Service team by providing quotes, joining calls with prospects, and providing technical assistance.

    · Working with the Customer Service team on onboarding of new funds, and upselling to existing clients.

    · Liaising with tax team to help prepare tax filings for clients.

    · Assist auditors and tax professionals to provide the necessary financial data and supporting documentation for audits, tax returns, and other regulatory filings.

    · Supporting the organization's FATCA/CRS service offering to our clients.

    · Supporting the company's know your client (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) framework in place and working closely with the team to ensure compliance with the KYC and AML framework.

    · Assisting with one-off Client requests.

    · Liaising with software providers used by the Company.

    Job Requirements:

    · Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking, or a related field in Finance.

    · Preferably, minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in fund accounting or fund audit.

    · An enhanced understanding of a wide array of investment instruments is advantageous, including but not limited to equities, fixed income, derivatives, funds, private equity, structured products and alternative investments.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

    · Capability to perform effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.

    · Demonstrates enthusiasm for learning and the initiative to begin tasks independently.

    · Exhibits a strong work ethic coupled with a positive outlook.

    · Ability to manage tasks efficiently under pressure with limited supervision to ensure timely completion of tasks.

    · Strong capabilities in both verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English are required for this position to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.
