Description
**The Position: **The role involves overseeing and coordinating the successful implementation of assigned projects to ensure seamless delivery and client handover. This encompasses guaranteeing adherence to customer specifications, meeting delivery schedules, and completing installations with the requisite quality and safety standards.

  • Supervise project execution to meet internal and client expectations regarding quality, budget, delivery timelines, and strategy as specified by Consultants/Owners, while ensuring compliance with Workplace Safety Health (WSH) regulations to prevent Liquidated Damages (LD) penalties.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Design (Mechanical, Structural, Electrical), Technical (Project, Installation, Production), and Material departments to effectively manage and execute projects.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and meeting minutes to prevent delays, claims, or counterclaims, conducting periodic checks on project filing and databases for completeness and relevance.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with various stakeholders onsite to facilitate smooth project progress and minimize disruptions to the scope of work.
  • Ensure adherence to predefined quality standards and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols by both internal installation teams and subcontractors.
  • Liaise with Main Contractors/Consultants/Owners regarding project schedules, site facilities, and customer changes, addressing deviations commercially and maintaining updated project documents.
  • Monitor project cash flow, ensuring timely submission of progressive payment claims and preparing project cost variance reports for management review.
  • Review and approve WSH documents, such as Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Safe Work Procedures, Lifting Plans, and Permits to Work, to ensure safe work practices.

Job Requirements:


  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project management for industrial products, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Fundamental understanding and practical experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).

  • Annual Leave 14days to Max 21days incremental 1 day every year
  • Any allowances Standby allowance $80 monthly for Technician, Car allowance $1000 monthly for Proj Engineer who owns a car
