- Responsible for handling lighting, sound, automation systems, multimedia content, set construction, props management, and more.
- Ensures that all technical elements are executed flawlessly, contributing to the production's overall success.
- Manages the logistical and operational aspects of the production, ensuring the smooth execution of rehearsals and productions.
- Develops the budget for productions based on cost estimates, set up financial monitoring and control systems for tracking expenditure.
- Coordinates with various teams, manages schedules, resources and budgets assigned to them, and oversees the production process.
- Ensures that the artistic vision is translated into reality and that the production runs seamlessly.
- Additional Ad-hoc duties when required.
- Must have a track record in liaising with international touring production managers.
- Must have ready vendors to draw on 3 quotes for the concerts
- Must be able to work on tight budgets, weekends, and long hours.
- Must have strong technical competencies, creative in problem-solving and adept at collaborating with diverse teams.
- Must be adaptable to resolve unforeseen challenges during a production and thrive under pressure.
- With strong business acumen (managing vendors, negotiation, and project management) to ensure smooth operations.
