    Roles & Responsibilities

    Join our dynamic team as a Logistic Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the logistics operations within Shopee's and Cainiao's subcontractor courier services. This pivotal role entails managing and optimizing the end-to-end logistics processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods to customers.

    Responsibilities:

    Individual to be involved in:

    1. Trainee will delve into the entire logistics journey from start to finish, encompassing tasks such as order processing, sorting, transportation, and final delivery. Possess a high level of expertise in supervising and orchestrating all aspects of the supply chain, ensuring seamless coordination throughout.

    2.Trainee will acquire a thorough understanding of the company's operational dynamics, along with the ability to structure work assignments, assign responsibilities, and schedule tasks in alignment with client requirements.

    3.Trainee will overseeing different facets of the delivery procedure, such as supervising drivers and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. Enhance and streamline delivery routes to reduce transportation expenses and enhance productivity. Additionally, monitor driver conduct, safety, and adherence to delivery timetables. Guarantee that delivery vehicles undergo regular maintenance, inspections, and comply with safety standards.

    4.Trainee will recognize challenges and opportunities for enhancement within the logistics workflow, aiming to pinpoint areas needing improvement. Utilize problem-solving skills and adept interpersonal and negotiation abilities to offer professional guidance and solutions to clients, fostering efficiency improvements as necessary.

    5.Monitor delivery metrics extensively, focusing on key indicators like punctuality, accuracy, and customer contentment. Utilize data analysis to pinpoint patterns and opportunities for enhancing delivery procedures. Manage and resolve any delivery interruptions, whether due to traffic, vehicle malfunctions, or adverse weather conditions. Responsibly address customer inquiries, grievances, and input concerning delivery services.

    Trainee will be put under 6 months Mid Career Pathway Programme

    Salary allowance : $3800 per month
