Project Office Lead - Singapore - INTEGRATED HEALTH INFORMATION SYSTEMS PTE. LTD.
Description
The Project Office Lead will report to the Service Delivery Lead to run the Healthcare Unified Cloud (HUC) Project Office.
The Project Office is a function that provides decision support information and underpins the project delivery mechanisms by ensuring that all HUC projects are budgeted, planned, managed and implement in a controlled manner.
Project Office
- Define a project dashboard, which outlines both the projects currently in the pipeline, with status in regards of timeline, project milestones, budget versus spent, risk issue and quality metrics for management update and decisionmaking
- Develop standards, procedures and templates for project managers for project tracking and reporting in a consistent manner and ensure compliance.
- Work with relevant projects teams to collect and report project time, cost and quality metrics across all projects
- Ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated and readily available for internal teams and senior leaders
IT Finance & Budgeting
- Oversee the preparation and planning of procurement budgets
- Track expenses and report overall utilisation against the budget
- Work with internal teams to develop and forecast expense schedules
- Act as point of contact with central finance teams
- Prepare costs analyses and provide management with an overview of financial status and forecasts
Requirements / Qualifications
- Degree in IT, Business or Engineering or related field, although consideration will be given to relevant experience and certifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in managing complex, large scale projects
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration skills to work across teams in HUC as well as external to HUC
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present ideas and results to technical and nontechnical audiences
- Experience or certification in ITIL Service Management is an advantage
- Finance skills, with ability to analyse and compare budgets and costs is a bonus
