    Roles & Responsibilities

    Requirements:

    • Preferably with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Human Resources or a related field
    • Familiar with ISO & Compliance
    • Basic Accounts knowledge
    • Assist with procurement process.
    • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience
    • Familiar with Employment Act and other statutory requirements and legislation
    • Manage HR & Payroll related matters
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Office application
    • Able to multi-task and work independently
    • A team player with leadership and good time management skills.
    • Only local candidate need apply (Singaporean or Singapore PRs)

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform daily management of administrative task in office including liaising with suppliers, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring services are delivered as agreed upon.
    • Responsible for facilitating communication within the organization. This includes managing internal and external correspondence, phone systems, and email communications.
    • Liaise with relevant parties (Holding company, Govt agencies, insurers, recruitment agencies, etc) for HR and other admin/corporate matters (including legal, insurance & indemnity)
    • Support accounts in preparing of finance reporting and analysis related to administrative functions.
    • Oversee the organization and maintenance of records and documents, both physical and digital. This includes ensuring compliance with record-keeping regulations.
    • In charge of coordinating general projects or events, such as office relocation, renovations, or special initiatives.
    • Manage organization's certifications application/renewal and office premises maintenance including agreement, leasing, usage, etc.
    • Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the management
