**RESPONSIBILITIES: - Proactively engage day to day platform business updates of Spare parts/ Store & Provision; conduct demand analysis, monitor market trends and supplier development.

Ability to identify selected category insights and to influence on partners behavior to drive growth and develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products.
Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility.
Coownership with marketing/commercial teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities/campaign planning of selected product category to boost sales.
Supplier Relationship Management includes: Supplier segmentation and evaluation. Foster trust relationships with vendors to achieve better price and quality of service. Conduct operational performance review meetings with vendors.

Stakeholder Management includes:

Working with marketing, supply chain and commercial department to work out the sourcing strategy and ensure point-of purchase plans are executed effectively.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Manage interfaces with many sites and customer needs
Work independently in a setup environment or with a cross functional team
Ability to network, open mind to digitalization and new ideas
Tech Savvy and negotiation experience
Knowledge of Category management, prefer experience in ship supplies and/ or ecommerce environment, and equivalent level of work experience
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Maritime or other relevant discipline
5 to 10 years of relevant work experience (3PL), preferably with managerial experience
