Work from home flexibly for 2 hours in the morning.


Roles & Responsibilities
Household personal assistant with a focus on nanny responsibilities for two boys age 7y and 10y.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, planning family travel and logistics, performing administrative duties around healthcare, school, after school classes, providing childcare, organizing the household, and assisting the Director (mother) with basic errands.

The family assistant will be supported by a live-in helper and a family driver and will NOT have to do any housework, cleaning or cooking.

• Keep up to date and manage the children's schedule, homework, tests, exams, deadlines (remind the children to do their homework or study)
• Administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, making phone calls, making travel arrangements
• Coordinate family's schedules, travel, activities, among other categories
• Arrange travel including flights, ground transportation, lodging, dining and other activities
• Plan and coordinate functions, events and other activities
• Research and shortlist extracurricular activities for children and fill out necessary forms/registration
• Be responsible for "gifting" and delivery of said gifts
• Create files, spreadsheets and other documentation of certain matters, as necessary
• Extracurricular activities pick up/drop off
• Run errands for the family
• Meal Planning / Snack Planning for children (sometimes only)
• Organize children's and mother's study area (e.g. make sure enough stationery, supplies)
• Take care of household upkeep and maintenance e.g. make sure household supplies are stocked
• Any ad

- hoc matters similar to above as requested by the Director for the family
