**Job Description of a Centre Manager
The Centre Manager is expected to provide consistent, pleasant, and smooth member experiences right from office reception.

Such hospitality defines the first impression of the corporate branding of the coworking community as the member or visitor arrives into our community.

The Centre Manager should endeavour to serve the members and visitors with enthusiasm and politeness so as to give the most welcoming and warm feeling to them.


Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate daytoday operational and administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes to enhance service standards to members
  • Manage and assess the performance of operations staff and provide coaching and guidance to ensure high service standards and efficiency
  • Ensure the smooth and accurate flow of information within the team to facilitate business operations within the centre and/or other centres (if required)
  • Manage schedules and deadlines assigned by the Management
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and vendors/ contractors, if required
  • Organise and supervise other office essential and centre activities (recycling efforts, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Ensure operations are in line with Company policies and regulations
  • Keep abreast with all organisational changes and business developments
**Job Requirements: - Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Business Studies

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in hospitality roles like coworking spaces, front desk reception, customer services & Relations, and/or relevant clientfacing functions
  • Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient both written and spoken mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and basic IT skills
  • Handson knowledge of accounting software like XERO, QuickBooks, SAGE etc will be an added advantage
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & selfmotivation to get tasks done independently

Job Package:

  • Starting Salary of S$3000 onwards with attractive incentives scheme
  • 5days work week
