    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team at Monk's Hill Ventures as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager. You will play a key role in supporting our firm's partner(s) and ensuring the smooth running of our Singapore office.

    This role will be based in Singapore. There will be 2 main components to this role:

    Executive Assistant:

    • Coordinate with internal and external parties to manage calendars and scheduling, optimize competing time priorities for the Partner in a rapidly changing environment
    • Make frequent and sometimes complex business travel arrangements that balance costs and efficiencies
    • Assemble complete and accurate expense claims reports
    • Provide backup support from time to time to the firm's other Partners as part of the firm's team of executive assistants

    Office Management:

    • Facilities management – key contact person for office building management, office cleaners/vendors, couriers/mails etc.
    • Manage office supplies including procurement of supplies and fittings/equipment for the Singapore office
    • Managing visitors to the Singapore office and directing them to the right parties

    We're Looking For:

    • Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience
    • Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, professional environment
    • Familiar and comfortable working with C-suite level executives (prior secretarial experience is valuable)
    • Self-motivated: takes initiative, has a strong work ethic, can work independently, and manages multiple priorities effectively
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
    • Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
    • Meticulous and strong attention to details
