Posting Date: 8 Apr 2024- The Executive, Clinic Operations (Head Office), is responsible for the planning and implementation of clinical services and operations projects in SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP).

He/She will work with the various domains to review and redesign workflow, implement new initiatives, execute adhoc Clinic Operations improvement projects and make recommendations for improvement to enhance work efficiency for the polyclinics.
He/She will review and update the existing documents, procedures, and information for the department.
He/She will monitor clinical and service quality indicators, conduct operation reviews, and manage patient feedback, which includes liaising with Clinic Managers/Executives to ensure that the issues are resolved in a timely manner.
He/She will also assist department supervisors in managing the general affairs of Clinic Operations in SHP.
He/ She will also participate in workgroups and projects as assigned by the supervisors.
