SC Capital Partners is a leading pan-Asian real estate investment manager, headquartered in Singapore.

The Firm manages private equity real estate strategies on behalf of institutional investors (including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurance groups and multi-managers) from North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.

The successful person will be part of the Investor Relations team and will be foremost responsible for portfolio analytics. In addition, the person will support the servicing of existing and new institutional clients.


_What will you do? _
This is an all-encompassing role whereby you will be part of the team assisting in investment underwriting, asset management and portfolio management as below:

• Participate and assist in the underwriting and due diligence of new investments;
• Prepare Investment Committee memorandums and other related presentations to the senior management;
• Interact regularly with the local asset managers across the region to monitor the performance of the investment;
• Develop and maintain financial models that will be used to formulate asset management plans, including strategic positioning and enhancements;
• Participate in portfolio management activities including monitoring and evaluation of the investment and fund levelperformance, including preparation of quarterly/annual management report packages;
• Collaborate with other departments to respond to investor queries relating to the fund.

_What do you need to succeed? _

• 15 years' of relevant work experience across real estate and/or investment industries on buy or sell side;
• A passion for real estate and demonstrated desire to build a career in the industry;
• The ability to identify and clearly articulate key real estate and financial drivers and analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal);
• A curious and analytical mind, detailed oriented but also with the big picture in mind;
• Numerate, and a strong academic record;
• The ability to work autonomously on selfmotivated projects, but at the same time work in tandem with and add value to a closelyknit team;
• Excellent data management and Excel cash flow modelling skills.
