Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements, and develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy.
  • Develop, suggest, and revise job descriptions, while also conducting job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Create recruitment materials and post job openings on suitable job portals, social media platforms, and college networks.

Requirements:


  • Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in inhouse talent acquisition or as a recruiter in an recruitment agency
  • Experience in regional recruitment will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in recruiting software and HRIS or HRMS

Salary:
$5,000 to $7,000
