- Lead, manage and build organization to support business growth and to ensure business continuity.
- Identify and realize real estate opportunities through robust market, economic and financial analyses.
- Define and execute on asset enhancement initiatives or development plan (new builds and asset enhancements).
- Instill and implement processes to ensure governance, financial discipline and risk management measures are in place.
- Serve as a key resource for investment opportunities. In collaboration with colleagues, originate, analyze, and recommend investment transactions.
- Contribute to house opinions on investment opportunities and markets through ongoing qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.
- At least 15 years of relevant and successful experience managing and growing real estate businesses
- Proven track record in the Asia Pacific region is a must (with focus in China, Singapore and Indonesia)
- Ability to lead and manage diverse teams is a must
- Self starter, analytical, organized with excellent communication, interpersonal skills
- Strengths in financial modelling and presenting business cases is a must
- A degree in any specialization
