- Convert the requirements and opportunities to sales and meet sales KPI.

- Ideally, a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering or Software Engineering.
- Goood command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate with our Mandarin speaking stakeholders
- Strong business sense and good judgement and management communications skills with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Experience in Cloud-Native and Finance Solutions, such as risk solutions, regulatory solutions, Platform as a Service, and Mini-app.
- Proven track record as a Solution Architect in the fintech industry, with a deep understanding of banking and financial services.
- Expertise in enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and API management platforms.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
