- Delivering Desktop Support services to users
- Receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user help requests while escalating incidents as necessary to uphold customer satisfaction and SLA commitments
- Executing imaging and re-imaging tasks
- Conducting asset inventories
- Facilitating technical escalations to third-party vendors or resolver groups when appropriate
- Updating incident records
- Creating and revising work instructions as needed
- Documenting standards and procedures where applicable
- Minimum ITE/Diploma qualification with at least 1 year of experience in desktop support
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Holds at least one of the following certifications or their equivalents: CompTIA A+; CompTIA Security+; CompTIA Network+; Microsoft Certified: Windows Client; Microsoft Certified: Managing Modern Desktops
- Previous experience in IT helpdesk or call center support, including remote assistance via telephone or remote tools, is advantageous
- Demonstrated knowledge in supporting workstations and related components
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective coordination abilities
- Capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently and work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
