As a Desktop Operations Support Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for desktop support, providing timely assistance to customers on a variety of IT-related issues. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with software, licenses, and operational standards in a timely manner. The key areas of your responsibilities will encompass:

Delivering Desktop Support services to users
Receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user help requests while escalating incidents as necessary to uphold customer satisfaction and SLA commitments
Executing imaging and re-imaging tasks
Conducting asset inventories
Facilitating technical escalations to third-party vendors or resolver groups when appropriate
Updating incident records
Creating and revising work instructions as needed
Documenting standards and procedures where applicable

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Minimum ITE/Diploma qualification with at least 1 year of experience in desktop support
At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
Proficient in spoken and written English
Holds at least one of the following certifications or their equivalents: CompTIA A+; CompTIA Security+; CompTIA Network+; Microsoft Certified: Windows Client; Microsoft Certified: Managing Modern Desktops
Previous experience in IT helpdesk or call center support, including remote assistance via telephone or remote tools, is advantageous
Demonstrated knowledge in supporting workstations and related components
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective coordination abilities
Capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently and work with a sense of urgency
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
