Description
Call Centre / Customer Service Exp:
Office Hour / 5 Days Work Week / Able to Work on Weekends
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
- Achieve individual and team key performance indicators (KPI) set by the management
- Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess
Call Centre / Customer Service experience - Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- A good team player and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
Able to work on weekends (Will have some weekends off)
Other Information:
- Working Hour: Office Hour / 5 Days Work Week including weekends
- Location: CBD
- Salary: Up to $3100/mth + OT + AWS + VB
