Description
Have a Degree in Mechanical Engrg or Electrical Engrg or Building Services.- Have minimum 10 years experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, cost estimation & Data Centres.
- Manage the team of Engineers and NSCs.
- Conduct internal meetings with the team of M&E engineers, coordinators Engineers & NSCs.
- Attend tender briefing & interviews, meetings with client, consultants, authorities & NSCs.
- Carry out Microsoft Office functions such as Excel, Works, Projects & Powerpoint.
- Review tender documents & drawings for value engineering.
- Review subcontractors' quotations & recommend to the office management for acceptance.
- Attend office management meetings as & when required.
- Check & ensure compliance with the requirements of ISO 9000, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 1800
- Carry out works as assigned by the top management.
- To advise on the green mark requirements.
- To provide presentation slides and conduct presentation on M&E works sequence & details to management & tender presentation.
