Investment Senior, LemmaTree

Context of the role:


As part of the Investment Team at LemmaTree Group, you will get to work with diverse colleagues, builders, and partners across our portfolio to drive investments and create value for growth.

We seek a curious and driven team player with strong financial analysis skills, a strategic mindset, and a keen interest in working in a disruptive technology space.


What You'll Do

  • Lead aspects of the investment process and manage parts of the deal execution, including but not limited to market assessment, due diligence process, term sheet development etc.
  • Source, identify and analyse potential investment opportunities within LemmaTree's mandate
  • Lead the preparation of investment memos, reports, and updates for senior management and stakeholders
  • Manage and monitor venture investments, including stresstesting ventures' plan and providing strategic guidance to the ventures' managemen

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 3-5 years of work experience in a direct investment role (investment banking/venture capital/private equity) or strategy consulting. Experience in both is a bonus.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with relevant experience in financial analysis, financial modelling, and other related quantitative analysis
  • Growth mindset and enjoy stepping out of your comfort zone
  • Genuine passion for winning as a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, diligent selfstarter focused on delivering outstanding results with efficiency and speed
