_Job Description Summary_

The incumbent will take on the responsibility to ensure the activities conducted within the department meets the guideline and standards required by Quality Management System. The role offers the incumbent the opportunity to be involve in corrective planning and actions to ensure standards are met and to prevent recurrences.

_Key Job Accountabilities_

Improving and maintaining the Quality Management System
Conduct routine monitoring and surveillance of production work areas for job compliance to quality and safety requirements.
Conducting internal audits to ensure that the activities conform to the standards required by the QMS.
Perform quality inspection of production work in accordance with the relevant programme SOP requirements.
Perform investigation into incidents and accidents, warranty claims and other issues that involves aircraft or related equipment.
Preparing the programme quality plan, if required by contract
Reviewing nonconformances and initiate corrective action to prevent recurrence.
Raising correction action record when required

_Required Experience and Qualifications:
_

Diploma in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years' experience in Aviation and Quality would be preferred.
Knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 45001 Standards is highly preferred.
Comfortable to work in SAF camp/ Airbase (CCK)
Singaporean only
Proficient in Microsoft Words/ Excel/ PowerPoint
Experience in data analytics tools such as Power BI will be an added advantage.
Practical experience in supporting airframe modification projects and composite structures will be an added advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Must be a selfmotivated team player who is able to work independently.
