Senior / Patient Service Associate, Emergency Department - Singapore - Sengkang General Hospital

Description

You will provide administrative and operational support for the Emergency Department in the Hospital.

This includes managing follow-up outpatient appointments as well as handling feedback and complaints relating to patient experience in the department.

In addition, you will participate in quality improvement projects and activities.
Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline or Higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE 'O' Level with 1 to 2 years of frontline experience
• Relevant experience in healthcare settings will be advantageous
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work on weekends & Public HolidaysCompany information
