FULL-TIME VISUAL MERCHANDISING SPECIALIST NEEDEDPurpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:For the region Singapore we are looking for a candidate who contributes to meeting or exceeding VM standards by ensuring the efficient and effective execution of SEAPAC visual merchandising direction in assigned doorsKey Responsibilities:
CommunicationProvide information given by Regional VM manager to monobrand (franchise) channel through training and meetings.
Understand needs and give feedback to the Regional VM regarding stores' request and demands.
Merchandising DisplayEnsure door complies with SEAPAC standards and guidelines to provide a brand shopping experience to all consumersEnsure all windows are presented to a high standards including mannequins dressing and positioning, lighting direction, cleanliness, steaming and price communication (if applicable)In charge of creating clear Shop –In-Shop's to emphasize category presentationEnsure correct use and positioning of In-Store Communication Tools Dress in-store mannequins and place props correctlyApply and maintain Brand Retail and VM StandardsMonthly submission on VM Compliance tools including taking and uploading pictures into the system (when applicable)Flawless execution on Marketing activities aligned with marketing department.
Equipment controlReturns and correctly stores unused equipment including fixtures, mannequins, props & graphic framesManage fixtures with care to avoid damagesProper management of warehouse assetsKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesGood IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Fluency in EnglishGood numeracy, literacy, verbal and written communication skillsGeographical mobility across the clusterOvernight work required during campaign setup Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum QualificationsPost-secondary education or equivalent professional experience2-4 years dedicated VM experience
