    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage the production line for mobile devices, ensuring that production targets are met and quality standards are upheld.
    • Develop and implement production schedules to meet production goals, including staffing and equipment requirements.
    • Monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
    • Manage and train production team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Develop and implement procedures to ensure consistent quality standards are met.
    • Work with other departments, including engineering and supply chain, to optimize production processes and improve product quality.
    • Monitor and report on production metrics, including output, scrap, and downtime.
    • Identify and troubleshoot production issues, working with the production team to implement solutions.
    • Provide regular updates to management on production progress and issues.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the mobile device industry.
    • Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
