Asset Manager - Singapore - THE EDGE PARTNERSHIP HOLDINGS PTE. LTD.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute asset strategy, asset plan and financial budgets for the assigned assets
- Asset management including asset enhancement, asset positioning and tenancy mix optimisation to achieve the highest and best use for the assets
- Evaluate the commercial viability of capex projects
- Lead, motivate and coordinate with various functional teams
- Analyse and review asset performance and valuation
- Involved in the evaluation of new asset acquisition and opportunities
- Actively contribute and participate in corporate or assetrelated strategic initiatives, and other adhoc assignments, as and when required
Requirements:
- At least a degree in real estate or business from a recognised institute
- Minimum 6 years' center management experience
- Prior experience in retail leasing will be advantageous
- Demonstrated track record and achievements in the relevant field
- Possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Outstanding negotiation and problemsolving abilities
- Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills
