Description

As the regional legal staff of the Company, you will provide legal consultation based on domestic and overseas regulations, legal support for domestic and overseas offices, and in-house training including for management.

Main works

1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts.

Distribution, Company set-up, Research collaboration, Employment and etc.

2. Handling Disputes and Troubles

3. Support, advice and consultation on legal matters

Consultation on various legal matters such as the Personal Data Protection Act, and the Companies Act (including personnel and labor affairs)

4. Measures related to hedging legal risks

Establishment of an internal risk management system

Implementation of due diligence

Communication at regular meetings by department staff

5. Legal support for overseas offices

Contract review and legal consultation

Support for the establishment of new bases

6. Implementation of legal education for employees, etc.

7. Cooperation with external parties and information gathering

Cooperation with outside lawyers

Participation in the activities of legal organizations in the industry

8. Business compliance managements

Qualifications

1. Legal experience

3 or more years of practical experience in a company's legal department or law firm (must be able to review and create contracts by yourself).

2. Degrees/Qualifications

Possesses a law degree or legal-related qualifications.

3. Legal work experiences in the healthcare industry are advantages.
