Job Descriptionand Requirements:
Assist insurance manager or insurance consultant in dealing with insurance contracts, policies, claims and other business matters to ensure smooth and accurate business processes;
Responsible for data entry, verification, analysis and reporting of insurance business, maintaining and updating insurance business systems and databases;
Responsible for insurance business document management, archiving, storage and destruction, comply with insurance business laws and regulations and company policies;
Responsible for insurance business customer service, including answering customer inquiries, complaints, suggestions and other phone calls, timely reply to customer emails, deal with customer questions and needs;
Responsible for internal communication and coordination of insurance business, maintain good cooperative relationship with other departments or institutions, and support the development and improvement of insurance business;
Ability to communicate product details one-on-one.
