Description
Managing, fronting and owning all project-related activities end-to end to deliver clients' projects, from the point of project kick-off/initialisation to actual project launch/implementation

  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to produce and refine project timelines, milestones and other relevant documentsso as to deliver clients' project on time and at the highest quality service levels
  • Understanding, processing and coordinating change requests from clients in a clear and concise manner before allocating tasks and action items internally for assigned team membersto work on within individual sprints/timeboxes
  • Identifying obstacles, proactively mitigating risks and escalating issues to be resolved effectively and early
  • Cultivating and disseminating knowledge of design or techdriven project management best practices with the team

Required skill sets:


  • Proven ability in stakeholder management so as to effectively interact and communicate with external stakeholders (ie, clients and vendors) and internal stakeholders (ie, Management, HODs, Design, Software and Ops & IT team members) across different levels and backgrounds
  • High emotional intelligence and maturity to handle the rigours of not only daytoday project management, operations but also people management
  • Resourceful and positive team player with strong analytical and planning skills
  • Proactive and selfmotivated to upskill technical and professional skill sets by attending educational workshops/master classes, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies and clubs and benchmarking stateoftheart practices

Basic Requirements:


  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree related courses (Diploma holders with excellent academic results, experience and proven track record will also be considered)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and a good team player at the same time

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$4, $5,000.00 per month
