The Human Resources Generalist provides comprehensive HR support, including but not limited to, coordinating and conducting of interviews, maintaining personnel files, handling associates' enquiries, generating reports, organize associate's engagement activities and onboarding of new hires.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The HR Generalist will provide support to source and collate information required for the smooth implementation of the following projects:
Associates Engagement

  • Partner with Managers on the appointment of TakeCare Champions
  • Plan and execute monthly activities for engagement in partnership with TakeCare Champions
  • Lead and prepare monthly presentation slides for TakeCare meetings
  • Responsible for budget planning for monthly activities
  • Submit monthly reports
Internal HR Portal

  • Responsible for the upkeep of the portal
  • Ensure online documents are uptodate and hyperlinks to be working
  • Constantly review and suggest improvement to the portal
Talent Acquisition

  • Coordinate all recruitment functions including arranging interviews, conducting phone interviews, administering skills assessment and/or job posting, reference checks
  • Execute administrative activities related to onboarding and clearance process
  • Maintain personnel files and update internal employee records database
Market surveys & HR News

  • Assist in collating information on market salaries from published sources and or employment agencies
  • Conduct market surveys on HR practices
  • Scan the daily newspapers for HR related news, changes in government policies etc, share with the HR team and post in internal HR portal
HR Communication

  • Prepare Festive greetings messages & announcements
HR Report

  • Maintain turnover reports
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports as required
Rewards & Recognition

  • Support onsite celebrations

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Outgoing personality with ability to build good rapport with stakeholders
  • Possess strong interpersonal and time management skill
  • Experienced in work pass related administrations
  • Meticulous individual who is IT savvy
years HR experience preferred
