Job Requirements

Experience of Dynamics 365 field service capabilities and extensibilities
5+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies
Design & Development experience in Dynamics 36
Indepth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform
Experience in doing fitment analysis of customer requirements
Hands on experience in configuration, customization and extension of Dynamics CRM
Expertise in Dynamics CRM deployment processes
Knowledge in Performance tuning possibilities in Dynamics 365 implementations
Experience of data integration and data migration projects
Knowledge in Upgrade project implementation approaches

- .NET Framework Version 4.5 or above including strong WCF experience

Good to have

Experience on Woodford tool for Resco CRM customization like form rules, edit form design, offline HTML and JS bridge
SQL Server 2008 or above with custom report experience through SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Experience with defined frameworks (MVC, Entity Framework and Enterprise Library)
Have handson experience of delivering Singapore Public sector Dynamic Projects and understand GCC

Role Responsibilities

Lead the team for Dynamics. Handson delivery is required
Owns the model/technical details for the project. Define solution components including products/ frameworks needed
Understand client requirements and delivering appropriate solutions. Expected to maintain industry knowledge of Microsoft software and hardware products / services and trends in order to select the best solutions to meet business requirements.
Perform as a lead for Microsoft technology and guide the team for both technology as well as people management.
Perform delivery handson works with team to complete deliverables. Set the best practice, ensure execution is performed and timelines are met.
