    Responsibilities: -

    • Submit NEA E-tracking for collections of waste oil/water/chemical
    • Co-coordinating and scheduling for lorry & vacuum truck jobs
    • Tabulating monthly commission / incentive
    • Monthly collection report & Generate TIWC Monthly Return report from NEA portal
    • Recording of outgoing Export waste oil (for waste oil Balance report)
    • Preparation of quotation
    • Ad-Hoc Job like: - Requesting for PO/generating DO & tax invoices/disposal certificate/SOA to customer
    • Weighing for lorry, vacuum truck, export containers, road tanker, Isotank jobs Data entry for payment vouchers
    • Preparation of labels for drums/IBC / containers & photo taking and upload for export customer
    • arrangement of disposal to third party

    Requirements: -

    • Min GCE O' Levels and above.
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
    • Candidate with some administrative experience preferred.
    • 5-days work week.
    • Location: Tuas South
    • Able to start work immediately
