    Roles & Responsibilities

    ELDAN LAW LLP is a full service law firm in Singapore. We are expanding our corporate practice and are looking for paralegals to join us.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide support to corporate partner and associates in the areas of commercial contracts, IP management and operational support, including legal research, prepare/review contracts, and coordinate completion for M&A transactions and signing, with a view of becoming an independent legal manager in the long term.
    • Provide corporate secretarial support.
    • Perform administrative duties and assist with ad-hoc matters, including conducting client KYC and file management matters.

    Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Legal Studies.
    • 1- 3 years' relevant experience in a corporate paralegal role preferred but not mandatory.
    • Good command of written and spoken English.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Adobe.
    • Motivated and fast learner with a positive attitude.
