- Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents with the authorities
- Prepare and maintain proper corporate records, including minutes of meetings and resolutions
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation
- Provide support in drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements
- Assist in the organization and coordination of board and committee meetings
- Handle correspondence and communication with external parties, including regulatory authorities, auditors, and legal advisors
- Stay updated with changes in corporate governance regulations and practices
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of effective corporate governance practices
- Provide general administrative support to the corporate secretarial department
- Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Secretarial or a related discipline
- Prior experience in corporate secretarial work or related field will be an advantage
- Familiarity with relevant corporate governance regulations and legislation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
