- Responsible for full spectrum of payroll processing
- Submission of government claims (NS Makeup claim, childcare leave, maternity benefit, paternity leave, shared parental leave)
- Prepare prompt statutory submissions and tax filling
- Administer and update employee's database on a timely and accurate basis
- Respond to and resolve employee inquires regarding to payroll issues or concerns
- Assist in C&B activities such as performance appraisal, salary or bonus review exercise
- Maintain supporting payroll documentations and authorisations for internal and external audits
- Take effort to remain informed of new MOM, Statutory Acts & Legislations which may affect employee's benefits and compensation
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma holder with no experience in any discipline are welcomed to apply
- Good team player, self-motivated, service oriented and possess a pleasant disposition
- Able to multitask, handle stress in fast paced environment and work within timeline
- Proficient in computer software for office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
