    Description

    Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of payroll processing
  • Submission of government claims (NS Makeup claim, childcare leave, maternity benefit, paternity leave, shared parental leave)
  • Prepare prompt statutory submissions and tax filling
  • Administer and update employee's database on a timely and accurate basis
  • Respond to and resolve employee inquires regarding to payroll issues or concerns
  • Assist in C&B activities such as performance appraisal, salary or bonus review exercise
  • Maintain supporting payroll documentations and authorisations for internal and external audits
  • Take effort to remain informed of new MOM, Statutory Acts & Legislations which may affect employee's benefits and compensation
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Requirements

  • Diploma holder with no experience in any discipline are welcomed to apply
  • Good team player, self-motivated, service oriented and possess a pleasant disposition
  • Able to multitask, handle stress in fast paced environment and work within timeline
  • Proficient in computer software for office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
