ONSITE JOB PROFILE

  • Commissioning -Testing of the WCS software together with the hardware onsite continuously.
  • SAT - Site Acceptance Testing - the acceptance testing is proving the functionality and performance
of the system together with the customer leading up to handover of the system to the customer - 1-2

months


  • BIT - Business Integration Testing - Our customers own testing onsite connected to their own host
operation of a warehouse, leading up to Go Live - 2-3 months


  • ELS - Early Life support -Supporting the first period after Go Live when the customer is ramping up
the volume of orders - 2-3 months


  • Designing test scenarios to ensure the quality of the product and preparing test reports.
  • Manual and automated execution of the test procedures.
  • Test procedures Walk Through.
  • Conduct of Tests and preparation of Reports on Test progress and Regression.
  • Tracking and reporting the concessions status/ progress.
  • Test the product and find out defects or issues as early as possible.
  • Execution of Test cases in Test Rail.

REQUIRMENTS TO PERFORM THE JOB DUTIES

  • Previous experience of support to engineering teams, preferably on Health care domain, Warehouse
management.


  • Excellent Computer Literacy with experience of using Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and a diverse staff population.
  • Confident, resourceful, highly organized and be able to work with little direct intervention
  • Self-starter also able to work well within a large team
  • Able to track and report multiple items at the same time using Excel/ Word lists
