- Lead and oversee operations of Analytical (Raw material, Finished good), Sensory, Micro, and Packaging labs
- Ensure lab operations comply with PepsiCo/PGCS Lab programs
- Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain for daily Lab management, test TAT, batching resolution, and more
- Manage Key KPI's including Laboratory program compliance, Testing TAT, Lab capacity demand, Quality reserves, and Cost management
- Implement initiatives for continual improvement in Key Quality metrics
- Supervise Lab analysts' processes following PepsiCo policy
- Execute Corporate Quality procedures relevant to the role
- Drive best practices sharing and standardization of programs with other PGCS plants
- Implement Laboratory productivity initiatives for efficiency
- Coordinate with R&D/Support centre as needed
- Ensure compliance with PepsiCo Health & Safety requirements
- Act as process owner for Lab operations, Issue resolution related to RMPM and BC, GCS control, Hold/Release, Quality reserves management, and AOP planning and budget management
- Bachelor's degree in science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a supervisor in a Laboratory environment
- People Management experience and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of GLP, HPLC/GC operation, SAP QM module, and LIMS management
- Strong leadership, ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, lead change, and manage priorities effectively
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Positive attitude, willingness to take on additional responsibilities, and lead by example
