The Assistant Property Manager / Property Manager (Corporate Real Estate) will work as part of Property Management Department, Commercial under OC Centre Cluster Management Team, providing customer focused property management services to both internal and external tenants.


  • Maintain a high customer satisfaction level in rendering corporate facilitates management services to the internal stakeholders and Business Units.
  • Enhance a collaborative community environment with building management and project management team to provide support services to internal Business Units to ensure delivery of customer service standards on workplace management to internal business units.
  • To review tenancy works for tenants and ensure renovations are carried out in accordance with procedures to the fitting out guide.
  • Manage feedbacks on workplace environment and user comfort in the aspects on building maintenance, repair and safety of facilities, upkeep and improvements within the internal occupied premises.
  • Support the Business Units and work closely with Building Management team to effectively resolve issues.
  • Regular inspection of grounds, facilities and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.
  • To ensure timely submission of reports, budget and adhoc reports as and when assigned.
  • Provide support and establish Facility Service Management procedures and vendor management for soft services and facility services such as hydroculture, cleaning, pest control, etc for internal business units' premises. This includes lending expertise advise and assessment to ensure best value delivered to internal stakeholders as well as contract management.
  • Monitor performance of appointed service providers to ensure internal business stakeholders' expectations are conveyed and worked upon.
  • Assist in reviewing term contract/tender specifications.
  • Support the review and negotiation of maintenance contract with vendors.
  • To ensure timely renewal and replacement of term contracts, building and regulatory licenses.
  • To assist in daily booking enquiries, amendments, cancellations and setup requirements and managing the daytoday operations and maintenance of the event spaces and its facilities.
  • Assist and provides support for events in the aspects of logistics management to ensure events organised by the internal stakeholders within the building premises/events spaces run smoothly including complying to all building requirements as well as statutory laws and regulations.
  • Provide support services to make the environment healthy and safe in accordance with local requirements.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management / Hospitality / Building/ Real Estate
  • Minimum 10 years practical experience in facilities management, vendor management and client reporting.
  • Experience in commercial building management including tenants liaison, tenancy and minor A&A works.
  • Preferably with good knowledge of M&E services and sustainable practices.
  • Able to work independently under pressure in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Customer oriented and good interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem solving and coordination skills
  • Possess operation ability to think laterally and deliver innovation solutions
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and confidence to interact with a range of stakeholders to build strong and effective working relationships. Exposure to engagement with senior management/VIP will be an added advantage
  • Prior experience working in commercial real estate and corporate real estate environments within banking & finance organisations will be beneficial.
  • Experience in managing inhouse technical teams and external service providers to deliver maintenance and operations services.
  • Indepth knowledge of local building codes and guidelines.
  • Selfdriven and highly motivated. Able to work independently, be resourceful and possess a keen ability to learn.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment, multitask, work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
