Description

Our client is a Scandinavian Marine product supplier looking to hire an experienced Sales Coordinator/Operations Executive in their growing teams in Singapore, Jurong East area.

It is a perfect role for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working as part of a team and has experience in account management. The role will be fast paced, and the candidate will be required to work with tight delivery timelines.

Requirements

• ITE/NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma or higher education.

• 5-6 years of working experience.

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Marine/ Chemicals industry is preferred.

• A self-driven and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• A well-organized, meticulous, diligent team player and able to work effectively under pressure.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Willingness to learn and be adaptable to new challenges and fast paced environment.

• Account management experience will be beneficial but not must.

The successful candidate will part of a very dynamic regional operations team. On job training covering our products and their technicalities will be provided in detail.

Job Scope

• Handling of all incoming sales inquiries, orders and follow-up (include calls, emails).

• Handling of all purchasing inquiries, orders and follow-up (include calls, emails).

• Key point of contact for our customers and providing a support service as required.

• Arrange timely delivery of goods to connect to vessels.

• Monitoring stocks movement and data entry for inventory stocks.

• End to end co-ordination as required for completion of deliveries and supplies.

• This role will actively involve vendor negotiation and vendor management.
