Admin Assistant - Bukit Merah, Singapore - YTS SERVICES MARKETING PTE LTD

To provide essential administrative support and managing office operations within the company.
Description:
- Bukit Merah
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- IMMEDIATE
Perm / Contract (able to commit till end Jan 24 or longer):
- $2000-$2200
Responsibilities:
- To assist in all admin & receptionist duties
- Coordination of incoming & outgoing logistics / deliveries
- To provide support to sales team (eg. arranging / packing of samples)
- To assist in simple handson tasks: packing / sorting / counting of stocks (when needed)
- And other adhoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- SINGAPOREANS only
- Good organizational skill and meticulous to details
- Able to work independently
- Strong willingness to learn and possess positive attitude.
