working hour : 5 Days / week, 8:30AM - 6PM

education :
NTC 2 and above


JOB SCOPE

Responsibilities:

Ø Ensure that products meet the standards of quality

Ø Inspection of raw materials, components, manufactured parts & assemblies

Ø First Article in machine shop, Receiving inspection, in-process, final in-process, final inspection

Ø Prepare the necessary reports and records

Ø Monitor production operations to ensure conformance to company specifications

Ø Ensure products meet customer expectations based on company objectives

Ø Communicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions


Requirements:

Ø 1 or 2 years experience in QA/ QC working experience in machine shop, in semi-conductor or similar industry

Ø Must be able to read drawings

Ø Familiar with the use of instruments like micro meter, vernier, and other measuring and testing equipment

Ø Able to operate the CMM's will be added advantage
