Description
On behalf of our client which is in the chemicals industry

  • Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions for potential fundraising opportunities
  • Understand and assess the risks involved in the financial activities of the projects
  • Achieve a proper mix of equity or debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.
  • Assist in the preparation of fund raising proposals for specific projects, working closely with crossfunctional teams
  • Provide assistance in executing and closings of transactions, including the development of initial term sheets, transaction structuring, negotiations of final documentation, etc.
  • Assess the impact of regulatory requirements on project costs and timelines.

Requirements:


  • Degree in Accountancy or Finance
  • Possess 510 years of either project finance/structured finance experience/ M&A
  • Understand the industrial business (Agrochemical sector is preferred)
  • Strong financial tools sourcing skillsets (including but not limited to banks loans, bonds, PE, IPO, etc)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and competent with Microsoft Office suite of software packages
  • Good team player, able to organize his/her work and meet tight deadlines
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin/Chinese
  • Possess strong business acumen and international mindset
  • Have experience in working with ASEAN markets

Pay:
$8, $10,000.00 per month
