A well-established Ship Management Company located in Singapore is seeking an
Operations Executive on
permanent position.


Responsibilities

  • Obtain and review port agencies' quotation from required port agents
  • Monitor and liaise with port agents and ship charterers on tanker movements
  • Arrange pilot for Singapore inward, berthing, unberthing and outward passage
  • Monitor and report vessels' status and movement on a daily basis
  • Prepare and instruct vessels for loading and discharging operations
  • Submission of laytime calculation and verification of invoices
  • Handling of Administrative matters for the team
