Description
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage new or existing client relationships for hirings in the digital & technology function or sector.
- Run endtoend business development and recruitment cycle independently.
- Achieve agreed KPIs and targets.
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree holder
- At least 7+ years of recruitment experience in the relevant sector
- Excellent command of English plus one other language
- Solid sales track record in the relevant sector
- Sales and solutionoriented with strong interpersonal, consultative, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Wellorganized whilst being entrepreneurial
