Roles & ResponsibilitiesGreat opportunity at Japanese company, CBD area
Job scopes:-
Support Sales Team in handling sales inquiries, type and send quotations, order and shipment processing, invoicing, etc.
Maintaining products' catalogues and drawings. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
Monitoring and chasing for overdue payments from customers.
Simple accounting duties e.g. prepare payment and receipt vouchers, checking of sales and purchase invoices, etc.
Support office management and undertake administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operations of the office e.g. general office housekeeping, ordering stationery and pantry supplies, travel booking arrangement, managing office equipment, etc.
Assist in new staff onboarding processes e.g. setting up laptop, software installation, door access programming, etc.
Managing and renewing of tenancy contracts, software licences, equipment on rental, etc.
Assist and support in other duties as and when assigned.
