Proactively analyzes systems/software process deployments, identifies opportunities for improvement and develops solutions

Uses systems/software best practices and lessons learned to drive engineering project teams to achieve their quality goals and leads project teams in the usage of the Business Unit's evolving Processes, Methods and Tools (PMT)
Develops training curriculum and transfers knowledge of the BorgWarner process, roles, and responsibilities to the engineering teams.
Implements the quality assurance plan as defined by the Quality Assurance group on each project assigned.
Works closely with the engineering teams to monitor performance of the systems and software processes
Performs preassessments of work products and adherence to process before official auditor.
Performs preassessment of work product review effectiveness. Makes recommendations on improvements.
Creates and maintains a dashboard and metrics for reporting to the project and matrix organization.

- (Raises and tracks) pre-assessment findings to closure.

Performs random checks of document consistencies and accuracy
Identifies and escalates issues for noncompliances. Make recommendations for process improvement back to the PMT organization

Requirements:

Demonstrated Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or Software Quality Assurance competency
Good written and oral communication skills and good interpersonal skills; effective working as a team member
Experience in using engineering V cycle development processes
1~2 years Systems Engineering/Software Engineering/Software Quality Assurance working experiences
Degree: Bachelor's degree in Electronics/ Mechanical
Keen to pursue quality function in automotive industry
Proficiency in both oral and written English
