We're looking for a product marketing manager to develop and execute marketing strategies to increase the adoption of our job portal.

As one of the first JobWiz employees, you will have the opportunity to make a large impact on salary range transparency.

Responsibilities:

• Product messaging and positioning
• Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with both job seekers and employers.

• Product

• Help prioritize the next features and define the next product roadmap.

• Content Development

• Plan and create content for our blog, social media platforms and newsletters

• Research

• Become the expert on salary range transparency and its impact on companies, employees, job seekers and gender pay gap
• Case studies and surveys
• Start case studies and surveys related to salary range transparency

• Demand generation

• Develop and implement strategies to drive product awareness and demand, both job seekers and companies

• Evangelism

• Serve as a company spokesperson at meetups, conferences, podcasts and interviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of marketing and/or product experience
• Experience creating marketing plans encompassing strategy, customer research, product requirements, messaging and pricing
• Experience initiating and driving a range of GTM programs including social media, content marketing, meetups and press releases
• Excellent English presentation, written, and verbal communication skills

Interview Process:

A 60-minute marketing interview and a 60-minute product interview
