Description

We are looking for Passionate Leaders to head our Preschool and Childcare Centres.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Curriculum Programme adheres to the Management's Core Values and Mission.
• Able to engage Parents actively and lead the Team effectively in planning activities.
• Responsible for Enrolment and Marketing Activities.
• Possess Good Communication Skills and Leadership Skills.
• Managing and Leading the Centre's staffs
• Responsible for Building and motivating the Team.

Requirements

• Minimally Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL)
• Certified by ECDA as L2.
• At least 2 Year(s) of supervisory experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experienced in Leading Centres to SPARK Accreditation.
• Familiar with ECDA Legislations and Operations.
• Required Skill(s): Team Player, Professional Deposition, Natural Leadership, Matured, Business Astuteness.
